Lcv8 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the lcv8 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the lcv8 platform at lcv8.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and lcv8 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The lcv8 platform is open only to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority under Malaysian law, which is 18 years and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on lcv8. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information or impersonating another person is a serious violation that may result in immediate account termination.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. lcv8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. Please contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an lcv8 user, you agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, forgery, or circumvention of security systems.
- Attempting to access another user's account or the platform's internal systems without authorisation.
- Using automated bots, hacking software, or any tools that interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
- Registering multiple accounts to circumvent limits or gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Uploading or distributing any unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through the platform.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice, and legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on lcv8 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers (FPX), approved digital wallets, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Deposit
Deposits are final and non-reversible once processed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method. Please ensure your bank or digital wallet details are correct before confirming any transaction. lcv8 is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong account due to user error.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform. lcv8 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal, to ensure security and prevent financial fraud. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name.
Transaction Disputes
For any transaction dispute, users must contact the lcv8 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. lcv8 will thoroughly investigate each complaint and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe based on our system records.
Liability Limits & Disclaimer
Lcv8 provides its entertainment platform on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, system errors, or connection delays.
In no event shall lcv8's total liability to any user exceed the amount of that user's account balance at the time the claim is made. Users access the platform at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Lcv8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time for reasons including: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, use of multiple accounts, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
Users whose accounts are terminated due to policy violations may not be entitled to a refund of their account balance under certain circumstances, subject to case-by-case review. Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or automatic closure in accordance with current policy.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the lcv8 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases, is the exclusive property of lcv8 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from lcv8.
The lcv8 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. lcv8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external links is at the user's own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms of each respective site.
Lcv8 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the platform or your registered email. This document is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
